What you’ll do as a Children’s Gymnastics Instructor

• Lead fun, high-energy gymnastics classes using our proven curriculum, including classes for our youngest athletes where parents participate alongside their children (Don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
• Create a positive, welcoming environment that helps kids build confidence, coordination, and a love for movement
• Engage parents during class and help them feel comfortable, involved, and excited about their child’s progress
• Deliver outstanding customer service — we treat our families like family
• Host birthday parties and special events where kids have a blast and parents get to relax

You’ll fit right in if you

• Love being active, playful, and positive — and don’t mind being a little silly
• Enjoy working with young children and feel comfortable interacting with parents
• Have experience coaching gymnastics, dance, or other sports (a plus, but not required)
• Know when to have fun and when to focus on structure and safety
• Naturally bring good energy and enthusiasm into everything you do

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.
