Growing Outdoor Living Company in Northern Virginia (servicing Virginia, Maryland and DC) seeking to fill the position of Outdoor Builder(s).
Responsibilities- Self-starter; ability to work with little or no supervision; well versed in outdoor construction, including but not limited to deck and patio construction, gazebos/pergolas/pavilions, porches, and related framing and finishing.
- All phases and types of deck construction — framing, stairs, rails.
- All phases and types of patio construction — ground preparation, concrete slabs, flagstone and other decorative patio styles.
- Framing and repairs for various structures; railing systems.
- General construction experience for gazebos, pergolas, pavilions, porches.
- Experience with, and ability to perform, framing repairs and railing systems.
- Self-starter with ability to work with little or no supervision.
