, the industry leader for over 75 years, is seeking a Commercial Estimator/ Project Manager to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia.
Job Duties To Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Reviewing the project's scope of work
- Accessing building plans and specs
- Compiling costs and creating proposals
- Communicating with clients throughout the bid process
- Utilizing Salesforce for all aspects of project
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial construction estimating
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
This position is full-time, exempt. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.
Compensation Includes Base Plus Commission. The minimum compensation for this position is $61,000.00 annually. The maximum compensation for this position is $ annually.
