The Opportunity
Join CACI as an Audio Visual Specialist in Chantilly, VA! You'll play a pivotal part in providing auditorium media support and event coverage for dynamic live events and conferences. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring the seamless operation of audiovisual equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer support to event organizers and presenters.
Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with a creative team, providing invaluable support for stage management and control room activities.
- Coordinate directly with customers and event organizers, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each conference.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- Proficiency in using modern conference center equipment and software.
- Expertise in composing video shots using remote cameras.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating audiovisual equipment, including control room systems, switchers, audio consoles, and microphones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple tasks with precision.
- Detail‑oriented mindset, dedicated to delivering high‑quality work and exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to adapt to the demands of conference event schedules.
- Experience in producing and editing.
- Knowledge of software and equipment including PowerPoint, Analog Way, Black Magic Atem Switcher, Tricaster TC2 Switcher, Think Logical TLX‑160, Allen and Heath Audio Board, Sony Remote Cameras, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Media Encoder, and Davinci Resolve.

Pay Range$59,600 - $122,100
