Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage HVAC/Plumbing service and maintenance appointments.
- Dispatch technicians and communicate job details, changes, or delays.
- Create and update customer records, work orders, and service tickets.
- Collect payments, process invoices, and assist with billing questions.
- Follow up with customers regarding service satisfaction and unresolved issues.
- Support technicians with paperwork, parts requests, and job documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in dispatch or CRM software.
- Assist with outbound calls for appointment reminders, maintenance renewals, and promotions.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous customer service experience required; trades CSR experience preferred but not required.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in basic computer systems and scheduling software (Service Titan experience is a must).
- Comfortable handling customer concerns and resolving issues calmly.
