Assistant Gymnastics Manager – The Little Gym International

Join our team as an Assistant Gymnastics Manager at The Little Gym International.

• Teach The Little Gym program classes in alignment with international standards.
• Assist the Gym Director with instructor training and student enrollment.
• Maintain high energy, fun, and safe classroom environment every day.
• Perform day‑to‑day operations and build a top‑notch customer service team.
• Contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all safety policies and The Little Gym philosophy.

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus.
• Prior management and/or strong customer service experience is preferred.
• Daytime, evening, and weekend hours are required.
• Excellent communication skills with parents and team members.
• Passion for teaching motor‑skill development to children.

$16.00 – $17.00 per hour.
