You'll design adaptive workshops, interpret live student performance data, and work alongside engineers to develop literacy technologies that multiply your reach to hundreds of learners.

This position merges direct student interaction with innovative program design, allowing you to shape individual reading journeys while constructing a system that extends foundational literacy instruction across multiple school sites.

• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
• Creating personalized engagement strategies that resonate with children and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading.
• Evaluating student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and identify meaningful trends.
• Working with engineering teams to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy platforms.

• Bachelor's degree plus specialized certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to students in early elementary grades.
• Demonstrated ability to assess reading proficiency, organize student groups, and create differentiated lesson plans independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
• Experience with AI/adaptive learning technologies and ability to respond to student engagement patterns within these systems.
• U.S. work authorization without need for sponsorship.
• Availability to work on‑site at one of our locations:

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
