Build adaptive learning experiences. Interpret live student performance metrics. Partner with engineering teams to create literacy technologies that multiply your influence across hundreds of learners.

• Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating individualized motivational experiences that resonate with students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
• Evaluating student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and identify actionable trends
• Working alongside technical teams to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms

• Bachelor's degree plus specialized certification in reading pedagogy (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable credential)
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience providing small‑group reading interventions for early elementary learners
• Capable of evaluating reading proficiency, forming instructional groups, and creating differentiated lessons independent of pre‑packaged curricula
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adept at responding to student interaction patterns within these systems
• Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
• Available to work on-site at one of these campuses:

  Lake Forest (Orange County), CA;
  San Francisco, CA;
  Miami, FL; or New York City, NY

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
