Create adaptive learning workshops. Examine live student performance data. Partner with engineering teams to develop literacy platforms that extend your influence to hundreds of learners.

This position merges direct student interaction with innovative program design, allowing you to personally guide individual readers while constructing a framework that expands foundational literacy instruction across multiple school locations.

• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
• Creating individualized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lasting passion for reading.
• Evaluating student achievement data to iteratively improve your methods and identify actionable patterns.
• Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy solutions.

• Bachelor's degree accompanied by advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students.
• Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre‑written curricula.
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to student engagement patterns within these systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
• Able to work on‑site at one of our campus locations:
  Chantilly (Washington), VA;
  Lake Forest (Orange County), CA;
  San Francisco, CA;
  Miami, FL; or New York City, NY.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. It is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly.
