This role supports the development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of specialized training programs for Intelligence applications, ensuring that training materials are current and effective for customer products.

• Participate in the development, testing, maintenance and delivery of specialized Intelligence application training programs and related materials.
• Develop and manage training curriculum.
• Assist in the development and establishment of course content and objectives.
• Conduct training sessions and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
• Update course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.
• Build knowledge of the Group, its processes and customers.
• Solve a range of straightforward problems and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures.

• TS/SCI with Poly required.
• BS with 4‑8 years of experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience (e.g., Bachelor’s plus 5 years, Master’s plus 3 years, Associate’s plus 8 years, high school plus 10 years).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage training curriculum and assist in course content and objectives.
• Experience conducting training sessions and assessing training effectiveness, including continuous documentation updates.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
