• Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
• Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lifelong appreciation for reading.
• Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve methods and extract actionable insights.
• Working with the engineering team to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy tools.

• Bachelor’s degree accompanied by advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience facilitating small‑group reading interventions for early elementary students.
• Capable of evaluating reading levels, forming student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
• Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interactions within those tools.
  
  Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
• Able to work on‑site at one of our campus locations:
  Chantilly (Washington), VA;
  Lake Forest (Orange County), CA;
  San Francisco, CA;
  Miami, FL; or New York City, NY.

Full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.

Mid‑Senior level.

This position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
