• Leading adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating individualized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lasting passion for reading
• Interpreting student performance data to refine instructional methods and identify actionable trends
• Partnering with technical teams to assess and improve AI‑powered literacy platforms

• Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Capable of assessing reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated lessons independent of pre‑packaged curricula
• Experienced with AI or adaptive learning platforms and able to adjust instruction based on student interaction patterns
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
• Available to work on‑site at one of the listed locations

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly.
