XI are partnering with a leading data centre infrastructure services company to recruit a Senior Electrical Estimator.

As a Senior Electrical Estimator, you'll be leading the full process - reviewing plans, producing accurate cost and labour estimates, defining project timelines, and obtaining competitive vendor and subcontractor pricing.

• Determine the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labor for construction projects.
• Prepare estimates to meet project goals, such as setting work hours, sequencing tasks, obtaining materials, and securing the best deals with vendors and subcontractors.
• Create the project BOM for the estimate and submit it for pricing.
• Ensure that relevant documents and budgets are submitted before a bid deadline.
• Review RFP’s/design docs and prepare RFIs as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent education and experience
• PMP Certification
• 5+ years of electrical estimating experience (Preferred)
