• Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related services.
• Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation.
• Performing field and laboratory testing.
• Interacting with senior staff members on a variety of projects, as needed.
• Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE.
• High school diploma or GED;
  Associate or technology degree in Civil Engineering or architectural engineering preferred.
• 2 years of related building enclosure field inspection experience preferred.
• Professional certifications (WACEL, ACI and/or AWCI) would go a long way.
• This position requires carrying 40-70 lbs multiple times a day or occasionally lifting 85 lbs to waist height.
• Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites - Mileage will be reimbursed.
