- Lead land surveying projects from initiation through completion
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
- Provide technical oversight for boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys
- Guide field and office teams while maintaining quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- 3–5+ years of relevant land surveying experience
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Virginia, or eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure
- Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveying
- Experience with surveying project management, team coordination, and client delivery
- Proficiency with industry surveying software and equipment, including Civil 3D and Trimble/Leica or comparable systems
SALARY: $83,200–$141,440 annually
