Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) – Adult Day Support Program
CRi – Community Residences, Inc. invites applications for the Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) position within our Adult Day Support Program in Chantilly, VA. This role focuses on supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals and ensuring high‑quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of 15‑20 clients across various programs.
- Maintain all clinical documentation in the EHR per policy and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for the Individual Service Planning process documentation, including ISP, annual assessment, informed choice, annual consents, quarterly and monthly reviews, ICF‑only reviews, discharge plans and summaries.
- Collaborate with the admission team to integrate programs and services, including admissions, discharges and service planning.
- Regularly communicate with the Clinical Director, Program Manager and relevant staff to ensure team cohesion and quality of service.
- Maintain confidentiality of records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct in‑service training, continuing education, and monitoring for staff to ensure quality care.
- Understand and promote relevant Medicaid Waiver/Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) regulations, ensuring best‑practice standards.
- Intervene and respond to crises following agency policies and procedures.
- Adhere to CRi's health, safety and emergency guidelines.
Available shift:
Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm (40 hrs).
Location:
Chantilly, VA.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field.
- Minimum one (1) year documented experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Requires light and/or heavy lifting, repetitive bending, sight, hearing, and ability to move with ease.
- Requires some physical intervention for hazardous behaviors.
