Recruiter, Talent Manager

Brief Description

CRi is seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team! This is an onsite role based in Chantilly, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be highly organized, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, and have professional phone etiquette.

• Manage full life cycle recruiting activities and provide a qualified diverse candidate pool.
• Source, develop, and build relationships with hiring managers, referral sources, colleges/universities, technical schools, and other referral sources.
• Conduct screening interviews and refer qualified candidates for appropriate openings in the agency.
• Ensure unsuccessful candidates are notified of their non-selection.
• Prepare and submit a weekly recruiting summary to the Senior Recruiter.
• Attend job fairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience recruiting in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills; experience with Word, Excel, and recruiting platforms.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment.
• Absolute discretion in handling sensitive/confidential information and ability to exercise good judgment.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
