Overview
The Corporate HR Administrative Team Lead supervises the Corporate Human Resources Representative team responsible for providing guidance, training, and performance oversight. The role also oversees the management, configuration, and maintenance of the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role ensures the integrity, accuracy, and security of employee data, provides advanced reporting and analytics, and supports HR process optimization through technology.
ResponsibilitiesSupervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise HRIS and Corporate HRR administrative staff, including assigning work, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Mentor and train team members in system usage, data accuracy, and service delivery standards.
- Mentor and train team members on HRR processes
- Oversee workload prioritization to ensure timely completion of Corporate HR tasks and projects.
- Assist HR Leadership with day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including system configuration, upgrades, and security permissions.
- Serve as the liaison between HR, IT, and vendors for system functionality, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Assist with data integrity through regular audits, validations, and process documentation.
- Assist with implementation or enhancement projects, including testing, training, and post-launch evaluation.
- Assist with design, maintenance, and delivery of standard and ad hoc HR reports for management and compliance purposes (e.g., headcount, turnover, other metrics).
- Assist with developing HR dashboards and analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local reporting requirements (EEO, ACA, etc.).
- Work with Corporate HR leadership on identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology and automation.
- Partner with HR functional leads (Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to ensure system alignment with business needs.
- Assist Corporate HR leadership with training HR staff and system users on new features, updates, and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2-4 years of HR experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
- If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in HR reporting, analytics, and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly guidance and training materials
- Ability to mentor and train team members on HR processes
