Position: Web Developer – TS/SCI/FSP required
Web Developer
Full-time, W2. U.S. Veterans preferred. On premise at Government facility. TS/SCI, Full Scope Poly (must already have and be current). Immediate hire.
General Work Requirements and Environment. The customer provides basic, advanced, leadership, and specialized tradecraft training to students around the world. The department is responsible for designing activities, online tools, courses, and course materials for a community-wide client base. The customer designs, supports, and implements superior learning programs intended to foster greater understanding and cooperation across the organization and complementary groups. Priorities will be managed by the Customer’s Project Manager (PM), Deputy PM, and GTM.
The Contractor Team will interface directly with the Sponsor’s PM, Deputy PM, and GTM.
Mandatory Requirements
Demonstrated experience working in a training environmentDemonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated experience using Joomla site design and site administrationDemonstrated experience developing WBTs, online training courses, websites, or other e-learning solutionsDemonstrated experience with the Adobe Creative Suite:
Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop as well as Dreamweaver, After Effects, or other similar software productsDemonstrated experience with Cascading Style Sheet (CSS)Demonstrated experience with JavaScript (JS)Demonstrated experience with HTML5Demonstrated experience solving complex application development problemsDemonstrated experience providing advice and recommendations on product designDemonstrated experience incorporating considerations into media design plans such as budgets, equipment, performance requirements, or legal issues including accessibility and privacyDemonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining websitesDemonstrated experience with graphic design including animation and 3D animationDemonstrated experience creating print products such as posters, books, and presentation materialsDemonstrated experience using the following authoring and scripting languages:
Joomla, CSS and HTMLDemonstrated experience using content creation and management tools for web design, web development, programming, graphic design, animation, videography, photography and audio recording, editing and distribution.Demonstrated experience using JIRA or other IT ticket or work tracking systemDesired Optional Requirements
Demonstrated experience with web-based collaboration and document management platforms; task management tools that provide browser-based access for team document libraries, calendars, task lists, alerts, and schedules such as SharePoint or other similar software productsDemonstrated experience with Sponsor cloud technology networks and systemsDemonstrated experience creating motion graphic productsDemonstrated experience working with specialists to build training productsDemonstrated experience with general photographyDemonstrated experience with video production or experience in a video production support roleDegree(s):
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, Multimedia Development, Online Learning, or other related field from an accredited institutionCertification(s): UX/UI Ability Certification from an accredited institutionPhysical Requirements
