Position: Acquisitions Program Manager - Expert with Security Clearance

* Manage all phases of program and project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

* Support financial planning and budget execution, including documentation and tracking of funding actions.

* Ensure programs meet established goals for cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.

* Coordinate with stakeholders across technical, financial, and contracting teams to ensure alignment with program objectives.

* Prepare and maintain program documentation, reports, and briefings for internal and external audiences.

* Utilize project management tools and software to support tracking, reporting, and decision-making.

* Contribute to acquisition strategy development, contract planning, and milestone reviews.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

* Experience managing government programs or projects, including acquisition and budget activities.

* Familiarity with federal budgeting, funding documentation, and acquisition lifecycle processes.

* Understanding of program management principles, including scheduling, performance measurement, and risk mitigation.

* Proficiency with general office and project management tools.

* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

* Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
