*** Demonstrate inquisitiveness, investigative skills, and action-oriented initiative to deliver solutions to complex operational challenges while identifying new technical tools and capabilities.
* Engage confidently and effectively with customer managers across various levels of responsibility.
* Apply advanced knowledge of operations, and priorities when providing strategic guidance and operational case management.
* Manage programs throughout the customer organization, supporting both traditional operational activities and specialized initiatives.
* Conduct objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations.

** Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience

Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision

* Soft Skills:

** Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
* ** Additional soft skills**:
Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group
* Prior experience in supporting operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
** Desired

Qualifications:

*** Experience in Operations / Analysis
* Experience identifying leads through all-source databases
* Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
