You will be joining our growing IT team, responsible for all central systems and end‑user support. In this role, you’ll lead efforts to streamline, automate, and scale IT operations while ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient support across the organization. You’ll partner closely with the Head of IT to manage support requests and drive infrastructure and automation initiatives.
This position is ideal for an experienced IT professional with deep expertise across device management (MDM), Windows and macOS support, and Microsoft 365 administration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of endpoints across Windows and macOS environments using Intune and Jamf Pro
- Develop and maintain Power Shell scripts to automate system administration and streamline IT workflows
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and security features
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows, macOS, and mobile (iOS/Android) devices
- Manage and monitor Microsoft Defender and Sentinel environments to maintain endpoint security posture
- Support and enhance video conferencing systems (e.g., Zoom) and related AV technologies
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive endpoint security, automation, and device compliance initiatives
- 5+ years of desktop support experience across Windows and macOS
- Strong background in technical troubleshooting and system administration
- 5+ years supporting Office 365 / Microsoft 365 environments
- Advanced Power Shell scripting experience for automation and reporting
- Proven experience managing MDM platforms, including Intune and Jamf Pro
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and Sentinel for endpoint protection
- Active or eligible for security clearance
- Advanced administration experience with Intune and Jamf Pro
- Experience supporting Android, iPhone, and iPad devices
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Familiarity with network systems including Wi‑Fi, VLANs, and related infrastructure
- Experience with endpoint deployment automation systems
- Experience administering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Knowledge of 802.1x, RADIUS, and NAC implementations
- Experience providing executive‑level support
