As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Configure and implement solutions that align with business needs.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to sales through RFP responses.
- Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients.
- Work with stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities.
- Initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprint, test, complete workflow, documentation, and functional design.
- Analytical decision-making based on policies.
- Guide and develop junior team members.
- Complex problem-solving and relationship management.
- A bachelor's degree.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience working with SAP ERP systems and at least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP FSCM modules.
- Working knowledge of SAP FICO applications beyond FSCM.
- Prior system configuration experience with FSCM modules organizational hierarchy definition.
- Understanding of customer master management, credit control parameters, collection processes, dispute management, AR knowledge, and relationship building.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
- Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience.
- SAP certifications such as C_TS4FI_2023 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4
HANA Cloud Private Edition, Financial Accounting or other SAP Finance certifications.

What We Offer You- Competitive compensation and benefits package with base salary $102,500 to $187,900 in the US, plus bonuses and recognition.
