Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Analyst III to lead our Artificial Intelligence (AI) advocate development program. Your focus will be on project management with assistants from AI experts in our organization to provide technical training and information.

Your role is to provide project administration support services, coordinate tasks, lead events, and report progress.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide support to the Technology Director in planning, managing, and monitoring AI personnel development projects through their life cycle.

* Work on overall project planning and report on project schedules and deliverables.

* Perform a variety of project administration support services involving data review, reporting, and project coordination.

* Brief management on the status of action items and metrics to track progress and performance.

* Coordinate projects by establishing a centralized repository for data collection, standard reporting criteria, and dashboards.

* Monitor project timelines; track document submissions; create, monitor, and maintain critical files.

* Identify, communicate, and resolve risks proactively to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project.

* Evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of our AI advocate development program to ensure that program implementation is on target.
Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Education:

BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2

* Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly

* Project Management

Skills:

Proven ability in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through their life cycle.

* Problem-Solving:
Ability to provide management solutions to a wide range of difficult problems and independently develop approaches to solutions.

* Communication:
Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and ability to brief management on the status of action items and metrics.

* Coordination:
Experience in developing systems for data collection, along with reporting criteria for compiling statistics for dashboards and executive summaries.

* Risk Management:

Ability to identify, communicate, and resolve risks to increase probability of success.

* Success Patterns:
Familiarity with designing and implementing procedures to fulfill project objectives and criteria for program success.
Desired Skills and

Qualifications:

* Certifications:

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Agile Certifications, or PMP.

* Industry Knowledge: familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts and technologies, although not required.

* Analytics Tools:
Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.

* Interpersonal

Skills:

Strong organizational and analytical skills to present information clearly and concisely.

* Leadership:
Proven leadership skills in facilitating collaboration among team members, resolving conflicts, and supporting team development.
