Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Engineering Subject Matter Specialist The selected individual will join a collaborative team environment where they will provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that necessitate high-level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.

Key to the success of this position is the successful delivery of projects and effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting project status.

• Provides technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that necessitate high-level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
• Participates as needed in all phases of software development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, modeling, simulation, testing, integration, documentation and presentation phases.

• Minimum Ten (10) years relevant experience.
• Computing Environment: CCNP or CCNP-E.

• Certifications:
  
  (any of the following):

  CCNA Security
  
  CySA+
  ** GICSPGSEC Security+ CESSCPCAPCASP+ CECISMCISSP (or Associate)
  GSLCCCISO

• Strong communication and written skills.
• Must be able to work independently with little to no oversight.
