Canundra is seeking a People Soft Consultant to join our team. This position can be based in either McLean, VA or Chantilly, VA.

We are looking for experienced People Soft consultants and developers to assist in the initial installation, configuration, and deployment of a new People Soft HCM installation. Though only implementing the HCM suite, all People Soft configuration and People Tools development experience is transferable and welcome.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Configure, develop, and update People Soft HCM capabilities using Application Designer, Configuration Manager, SQR, and SQL Developer.
  • Design, document, and implement system configurations.
  • Work collaboratively with cloud engineers, application developers, and security analysts in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
  • Work directly with end users and customers to understand and meet business requirements.
  • Recommend best practices for configuring, development, and maintaining People Soft HCM modules.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience (multiple experience levels available and we have flexibility in hiring at various levels).
  • People Soft implementation, upgrade, operations and maintenance experience.
  • Experience configuring People Soft or comparable Oracle products.
