Intel community modernizing Human Capital Management by bringing commercial HCM capabilities to our federal customers. After all, it is not often you get to reimagine the way an organization manages their people. Team is replacing a 20+ year old legacy system and seeks several People Soft HRMS Application Developers to work with the newest capabilities within Oracle People Soft over the course of the multi-year program.
Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a computer-related field. Will consider experience in lieu of degree
Five (5) years of experience in information systems implementation, change management efforts or application process redesign
Three (3) years of technical development experience with People Soft™ HRMS ERP including recent experience with People Soft™ 9.x
Five (5) years’ experience in developing, prototyping, and testing solutions for information systems implementation
Two (2) years of experience with ORACLE and SQL commands.
Technical development experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology.
Technical development experience implementing People Soft™.
Current and active TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph
Responsibilities:
Drive technical solution design, development, deployment/cutover, and implementation covering all technical aspects of the People Soft implementation lifecycle
Provide hands-on technical solutions to business challenges & translates them into process/technical solutions
Provide technical development, utilizing People Tools, and system design skills.
Work with the Requirements Analysts to understand user stories and deliver feature/capabilities each sprint
Analyze the impacts of vendor-provided updates and upgrades to the system;
Work with Product Owner and Requirements Analyst to suggest novel approaches to problems to minimize customizations of the product.
Provide production support by analyzing, designing, programming, and testing solutions to complex production problems.
Develop test scenarios and test cases.
Correct data in critical situations.
