Job Description # Technical Support Tech - Technical Support Tech I
* Perform break/fix work, including diagnosing issues and replacing hardware components (drives, memory, PSUs, full server units).
* Troubleshoot connectivity issues involving cabling, network links, and power connections.
* Document work performed and track issues in a ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
* Respond to outages, alerts, and capacity‑related issues.
* Assist with scheduled maintenance, equipment installs, decommissions, and general data center operations tasks.
- Provide technical support through email and in‑person requests.
* Hands-on technical experience with IT hardware or data center equipment.
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely.
* Strong understanding of basic networking and troubleshooting.
* Experience with ticketing systems and following documented procedures.
* ** A+ Certification** (preferred).
