As a Dev Ops engineer, you’re eager to develop, manage, and secure a container platform that meets your client’s needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. We need you to develop container management software to solvesome of our clients’toughest challenges.

As a senior platform Dev Ops engineer at Booz Allen, you can use your technical skills to effect mission-forward change.

On our team, you’llhone your skills using the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve your client’s environment with current container software to ensure seamless orchestration.

Using your Dev Ops platform experience, you’ll support your team as you inform strategy and design while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process.

You’ll recommend resources that will help your client manage and securely adopt containers. Additionally, you’ll continue to strengthen your Dev Ops skills while supporting the development of critical cloud platforms

• Experience in the development of tools and processes to drive Dev Ops or Dev Sec Ops  maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments

• Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions involving Kubernetes or Docker

• Experience developing, managing, and securing containers

• Experience working with application development teams across the software development lifecycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in Dev Ops, or 8+ years of experience in Dev Ops in lieu of a degree

• Experience operating within an Agile environment

• Experience triaging and resolving issues related to both open source and commercial tools in public cloud environments

• Experience using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) tools

• Experience developing and maintaining CSP tools such as AWS, Azure, Google, and Oracle

• Experience in acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization

• Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance

• Master’s degree
