• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience in systems engineering.

• Experience designing & implementing secure systems in government environments

• Supervise, coordinate, design, develop and implement additions and changes to network hardware, infrastructure server environments and operating systems.
• Provide direct support for day‑to‑day operations of network hardware and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot at physical and logical network levels.
• Participate in planning, design, technical review and implementation of new network infrastructure.
• Perform systems management and integration across multi‑enclave environments.
• Maintain network infrastructure standards, including communication protocols such as TCP/IP.
• Diagnose and resolve complex communication problems.
• Ensure systems are current with approved patches and assist with certification and accreditation tasks.
• Develop strategy for client/server systems and design infrastructure to support that strategy.
• Advise on selection of technological purchases for processing, data storage, data access, and application development.
• Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities.
• Support Dev Sec Ops  practices and tool implementation.
