System Administrator - TS​/SCI Scope Poly

Seeking a System Administrator to support customer's integrated learning enterprise. Requirement includes some network experience. Core hours are 9-3. Travel between buildings may be requested.

• TS/SCI FS Poly
• Demonstrated experience with system administration in Windows & Linux/Centos Server environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Cisco ISE, Umbrella, DNAC
• Familiarity with Apple IOS
• Demonstrated professional experience defining, requesting, configuring, and monitoring Cloud server architectures to include Amazon Web Server EC2, RDS, S3, and Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53 in a Tier 3 support environment.
• Demonstrated professional experience developing and implementing system upgrades.
• Demonstrated experience identifying technical risks and risk mitigation strategies
• Demonstrated experience providing Operations & Maintenance, Tier 1-3 Support
• Demonstrated customer relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated experience creating and updating procedures e.g., Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Demonstrated experience using Agile management systems and methods such as Kanban or Scrum
• Demonstrated experience with wireless
• Demonstrated experience with Cisco Duo, Splunk and Meraki
• Demonstrated experience working in the Dev Sec Ops  environment e.g., CI/CD pipeline, cloud formation
• Demonstrated experience utilizing CLIs with Windows, AWS, Linux and Cisco environments.
• Demonstrated experience moving systems through the accreditation and authorization (A&A) process and monitoring for compliance.
• Demonstrated experience gathering evidence to support the A&A process e.g., POA&Ms.
• Demonstrated professional experience installing and configuring the Moodle Learning Management System.
• Demonstrate experience with Database engineering, development and administration.
