, support and manage the responsibilities for successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects.

Looking for Hardware Technicians with Active Directory experience, solid Microsoft/Outlook skills, and a background in "touch maintenance" (hands-on) of workstations, monitors, KVMs, cabling, printer setup/configuration/maintenance, mice, keyboards, troubleshooting all the aforementioned, electronic ticketing systems, attention to detail, and direct customer service.

• Fast-paced, high-movement environment with occasional redirection based on mission needs.
• Installation and response efforts require lifting equipment weighing 20-30 pounds, walking, standing, pushing, pulling, working around, under, and over desks, and professional interactions with customers.
• Provides installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related hardware.
• Screens, refers, and diagnoses internal inquiries and work requests related to maintenance of personal computers and systems.
• Installs, configures, and upgrades hardware and software.
• Provides end-user software troubleshooting and support.
• Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
• Provides troubleshooting and support.
• Participates in the administration of email systems.
• Tracks project studies, plans, action items, etc.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies.
• Participates in special projects as required.

Education and Experience: HS/GED, 1+ years of related IT operations support experience.

Must possess current DoD IA Certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA-Security). Security+ CE is preferred.

Role involves privileged user access, subject to monitoring and strict security protocols. Candidates must hold a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

The hourly rate is estimated between $25.13 - $33.18, depending on experience, location, and contractual factors. Salary is not guaranteed to fall within this range.
