Job Description

The Information Engineer supports information systems and data‑driven initiatives by performing analysis, documentation, coordination, and technical support activities. The role contributes to data integration, standards development, reporting, and user support while assisting teams with system testing, information sharing, and operational activities.

  • Analyze data and information to support decision‑making and system improvements
  • Support integration and maintenance of information systems and data sources
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and reference materials
  • Assist with data standards, taxonomies, and metadata development
  • Support planning and coordination of technical meetings and working sessions
  • Conduct system and user acceptance testing for new capabilities and updates
  • Provide user support, training assistance, and technical guidance
  • Track requirements, action items, and deliverables
  • Maintain electronic records, databases, and configuration documentation
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to support operational needs
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, or Science is required. For Human Factors Analysts, a Psychology or related human factor specialized degree is acceptable.
