Overview

Noblis and its subsidiaries tackle the nation’s toughest problems, delivering advanced solutions to federal missions. This role supports critical forensic and investigative ecosystems, working with government clients in defense, intelligence, and federal civil sectors.

• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of eight years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, software architecture, object‑oriented design, Git, and unit testing.

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• Experience with SAFe Agile framework and forensic data requirements.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and microservices architecture.

• Design, develop, test, and manage application projects supporting IT infrastructure.
• Integrate third‑party components and implement custom capabilities.
• Automate operations and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including Agile Release Train (ART) activities and Program Increment (PI) reviews.
• Support multi‑enclave environments (Unclassified, Secret, Top Secret).
