The Space and Intelligence Division provides professional services to the U.S. Space Force, Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes enterprise architectural assessments, systems engineering and integration, test, planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, acquisition support, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities
  • Work as a member of the Caledonia Program Process Improvements Support team, developing and implementing customer‑approved process improvements for all identified functional area processes.
  • Identify, analyze, and enhance existing business processes to optimize performance, applying continuous process improvements over the life of the Caledonia contract.
  • Develop and implement acquisition lifecycle process improvements as required by the Government.
  • Perform process optimization and measurement strategy by leveraging continuous assessment methodologies.
  • Implement refinements to acquisition and operations measurements, integrating candidate metrics that establish baseline process performance and efficiency targets.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • US Citizenship with TS/SCI + Poly clearance at date of application.
  • Discuss specific polygraph requirements with an SPA Talent Acquisition professional.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience supporting enterprise architecture development activities.
  • NRO or IC mission experience.
  • Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility.
  • Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to report to the designated work location in Chantilly, VA, up to full‑time, based on the needs of the customer.
Desired Qualifications
  • BS or MS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Six Sigma certification or certifications related to functional responsibilities such as but not limited to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
  • Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence.
  • Knowledge of Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE) service offerings, architectures, and service adoption.
  • Portfolio Management Training.
