• Provide expert support to DoD programs in driving enterprise transformation, integrating AI and automation governance, and enabling strategic planning and process improvement.
• Apply organizational change management principles to assess emerging technologies and build business cases that enhance mission effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering actionable insights and implementation strategies that strengthen compliance, transparency, and modernization across client enterprises.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in process analysis, change management, or strategic planning.
• 2+ years familiarity with AI/ML tools and automation platforms.
• 2+ years experience working with or supporting U.S. government or military clients.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Active or the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

• Experience driving stakeholder engagement and implementing enterprise transformation strategies.
• Ability to assess and integrate AI/automation governance solutions to optimize government processes.
• Skilled in supporting strategic planning and analyzing interdependencies across objectives.
• Expertise in conducting business case analysis and orchestrating value for transformation initiatives.
