TS/SCI About the Role Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking a Service Now Developer to play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Service Now platform. You will be responsible for maintaining and performing continual service improvements on the following implemented modules: (ITSM, HRSD, WSD, SPM). You will be responsible for transitioning other applications such as SharePoint to Service Now.
* Provide support in designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing information management and workflow solutions in the Service Now platform. Position also responsible for maintaining and providing continuous improvement, to include the implemented modules (ITSM, HRSD, WSD, SPM).
* Establish new capabilities and transition other business workflows from applications such as SharePoint.
* Participate in the collection of requirements, the analysis of workflows, and recommend/execute solutions in close cooperation with stakeholders, leaders and other Knowledge Management teammates.
* Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Responsible for documentation of developed products and change management. Also expected to perform operational administrative tasks, assist with report creation and dashboard configuration and maintenance.
* Requires excellent teamwork, customer service and technical skills to optimize business processes for effective mission delivery. About You
* Able to communicate clearly to translate technical jargon into layman's terms for explanatory purposes
* Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to think creatively
* Able to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
* Professional and team-focused attitude
* Security Clearance:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance adjudicated within the past 6 years. Candidate must be open to a counter-intelligence polygraph
Required Qualifications
* Current TS/SCI clearance
* 5+ Years of in-depth knowledge of implementing Service Now Architecture and Service Now Scripting
* 5+ Years of Hands-on experience with Service Now development. Preferred modules: ITSM, HRSD, WSD, SPM
* 5+ Years of Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
* 5+ years' Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
* 10 years troubleshooting production problems related to software applications.
* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with equivalent experience in one or more of the following:
Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
