- The SI will support the interoperability of mission networks, requirements gathering, definition, and analysis.
- Coordinate and plan for program & organizational review boards and other technical forums.
- Support the development and implementation of program management processes to include facilitation of requirement generation, developing project schedules and risk management processes.
- Summarize correspondence, highlighting key issues and topics, and provide follow‑up to ensure appropriate, timely action is taken.
- Administer and maintain project tracking applications such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- BS 10–12, MS 8–10, PhD 5–7 or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a scientific or technical discipline.
- Demonstrated successful experience developing and implementing essential program management processes, to include requirements resources, schedules, configuration and risk management processes.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating requirements and communicating potential issues related to technical or developmental projects and programs.
- Demonstrated successful experience applying critical thinking on technical capabilities to ensure mission integrity, performance and reliability and providing sound recommendations to remedy technical issues.
- Demonstrated successful experience with the development of project plans.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Demonstrated successful experience working with test team(s) and stakeholders in the Intelligence Community, and/or DoD, to validate integration and interface requirements with developed cyber capabilities.
