Position Location: Chantilly, VA

We are seeking a Network Engineer responsible for configuration, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a critical operational network. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience working under the guidance of a senior network engineer. The engineer will provide an engineering resource to support data communications and related applications requirements, administrative support of installed systems/networks, planning and implementing hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment, evaluating vendor products, recommending purchases, implementing network policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to security procedures.

• Assist in installations, configurations, upgrades, and maintenance of network equipment (switches, firewalls, and load balancers)
• Monitor network performance and troubleshooting
• Document network configurations and diagrams
• Provide technical support to system operators
• Assist in implementing STIG compliance

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Technology, 10+ years of experience
• Master's in Computer Science or Information Technology, 5+ years of experience
• Must currently possess a TS/SCI w/CI polygraph
