Nokia Federal Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of tactical IP and 5G networking systems. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in advanced networking technologies and strong product‑management capabilities to drive innovation, define product strategies, and deliver solutions that meet mission‑critical requirements.

• Product roadmap development:
  Define and maintain strategic product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market needs.
• Feature definition:
  Translate customer requirements and market trends into clear, prioritized product features.
• Business case analysis:
  Develop and present business cases to support investment decisions and product initiatives.
• Product requirement documents (PRDs):
  Author detailed PRDs that capture technical specifications, functional requirements, and performance metrics.
• Lifecycle management:
  Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to end‑of‑life, ensuring successful launches and sustained growth.
• Cross‑functional collaboration:
  Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality products on time.
• Market intelligence:
  Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

• IP networking:
  Deep understanding of IP architecture, protocols, and network design.
• IP routing protocols:
  Hands‑on knowledge of protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
• 5G core networks:
  Experience with 5G core functions including AMF, SMF, UPF, and network slicing.
• 5G RAN:
  Familiarity with radio access network technologies, including gNodeB and related interfaces.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Proven track record as a Product Manager in networking or telecommunications domains.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen.
