Program OverviewThis SI/SETA contract combines two classified contracts, providing 114 staff across multiple disciplines to execute Systems Engineering/Integration, Mission Planning, and Business Operations for a restricted customer.
About the RolePeraton seeks a motivated Systems Integrator/Training Coordinator to join a team of technical and business experts supporting a classified customer in Virginia. The team provides operational support for Systems Engineering/Integration, Mission Planning, and Business Operations across multiple mission areas, handling technical design, operations, and mission planning through full lifecycle customer operations.
The SI in this role will serve as the Training Coordinator for customer‑specific specialized training in technical collection, targeting, and analysis.
Responsibilities- Consolidate specialized training requirements for customer employees across all branches and programs covering technical collection, targeting, and analysis.
- Collaborate with customer organization and partners to identify internal and external training resources that meet customer‑specific requirements.
- Coordinate with training providers to schedule opportunities compatible with customer needs and advertise them within the Guardian customer spaces.
- Identify and communicate contract actions or funding resources required, and coordinate with the customer Front Office.
- Create and manage a consolidated training calendar for customer planning and attendance.
- Register students and manage course rosters for Guardian‑organized classes, handling permissions and access as needed.
- Ensure customer officers receive training credit for all courses taken.
- Coordinate classroom, lab, conference room, or specialized sites for training activities as required.
- Perform duties on‑site Monday through Friday.
- Active TS/SCI with relevant polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 12 years of relevant experience, OR master’s degree and 10 years, OR PhD and 7+ years
- Experience supporting scheduling and specialized training courses within a U.S. Government setting
- Strong program management, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to write and brief complex technical information to non‑experts
- Experience preparing and maintaining project documentation, cost, and master schedules
- Experience working in a customer environment
- Self‑started, motivated, energetic, can‑do attitude
- Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of experience, OR master’s with 13 years, OR PhD with 10+ years
- Experience with the customer’s online student training registration tool
Target Salary Range: $176,000 – $282,000. Salary is based on scope and responsibilities, experience, education, and location.
