Senior Technical Investigative Analyst role focusing on investigative, analytic, technical, and writing work to analyze large data sets, identify concerning behavior, and uncover non-obvious correlations, particularly in Cloud environments.

• Leverage investigative, analytic, technical, and writing skills to analyze large data sets and identify concerning behavior and non-obvious correlations, particularly related to Cloud environments.
• Perform all-source analysis in support of the mission.
• Research, prepare, and present reports and briefings as required.
• Detect fraud, waste, abuse, and misuse of information technologies systems.
• Propose new methodologies and/or tools to improve analytic capabilities.
• Participate in working groups and technical meetings to address issues.

• Strong SQL experience, and technical experience relevant to querying and analyzing data for investigative or operational purposes.
• Demonstrated investigative, analytic and/or operational experience.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in providing impromptu as well as prepared data analysis and briefings.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in closing out investigative efforts and presenting findings for review and action.
• Strong writing skills, including formal written reports and less-formal email correspondence.
• Ability to collect and analyze potentially highly-technical information and accurately represent/visualize it to non-technical third parties.
• Ability to write custom scripts to load/clean data and familiarity with business intelligence tools or other technologies to create data visualizations.

• Previous investigative experience using a combination of technical and analytic skills.
• Strong writing skills, including formal written reports and less-formal email correspondence.
• Exceptional judgment in support of questions generated from Sponsor data holdings.
• Experience searching, reading, and comprehending information using the Sponsor’s key analytic/targeting tools.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and IT fundamentals (e.g. networks).
