We are looking for an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in SAP technology to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results.

As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that newly implemented technology solutions meet their needs. Your collaboration with technical teams will be essential in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions.

In this role, you will spend your time engaging with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will face challenges that require analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, providing you with opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. This position may require regular travel to meet with clients, allowing you to build relationships and understand their needs better.

Key responsibilities include:

• Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.

• Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.

• Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

• Act as a Subject Matter Resource (SMR) for SAP Manufacturing during project implementations. Facilitate design workshops and discussions, gather requirements, and recommend tailored S/4 HANA best practices.

• Successfully guide the implementation of these solutions within client SAP ecosystems.

• Demonstrate in-depth functional capabilities of SAP Production Planning (PP) and associated modules, coupled with a strong business acumen.

• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of technical and interpersonal skills. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial.

In a typical engagement, you will engage with the key stakeholders to assess their business and IT needs in the manufacturing and quality management domains. You will provide guidance on leveraging SAP capabilities to address their pain points and identify gaps beyond standard solutions. You will initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and the technical team to translate requirements into effective business solutions, overseeing configurations, customizations, and integrations with SAP and non‑SAP systems. The following skills and attributes will make a significant impact:
