As a solution architect on our team, you'll translate customer IT needs and future goals into a plan. You will craft architecture products, design specifications, lead prototyping efforts, and work directly with the customer to transform how the organization uses technology to enable new mission capabilities. You will develop solution architecture (SA) and resolve complex issues across projects through requirement analysis, expertise support, and project supervision.

You will apply leading‑edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to new principles. This role involves highly innovative solutions, substantial latitude for independent decision‑making, and mentorship of staff.

• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining complex cloud applications or platforms at enterprise scale
• Knowledge of System Engineering practices and ITSM
• Ability to supervise others and lead projects and deliverables within a collaborative, cross‑functional team environment
• Ability to work directly with government clients and translate their goals into technical solutions
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain Security+,CP, CCNA‑Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire

• 5+ years of experience with UNIX and Linux, including basic commands and Shell scripting
• 5+ years of experience with Agile engineering practices
• Experience with implementing ITSM or IT Operations practices
• Experience with space systems in the Intelligence community
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Developer, or Sys Ops Associate certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and contract‑specific factors. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
