Technology – Data and Decision Science – Data Engineering – Manager

• Design, build, and operate scalable data architecture and modeling solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead workstream delivery, ensuring quality across all processes.
• Engage with clients regularly, participating in working sessions and identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Implement resource plans and budgets while managing engagement economics.
• Mentor and develop a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand analytics needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business value.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle, implementing best practices in data governance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge.

• Deep expertise in Databricks on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Spark for big data processing.
• Strong background in data architecture and design.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or SQL.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non‑technical.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience managing and delivering complex technical initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience in data engineering, cloud data solutions, and analytics.
• Proven expertise in Databricks and Spark.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client‑management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

• Advanced analytics tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with machine‑learning concepts and applications.
• Knowledge of cloud platform data services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
