Description:

Position Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph. The CIT program is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer/Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile project management, requirements management, and testing. The role will involve managing a software development team, conducting stakeholder meetings, and ensuring documentation and validation of IT system requirements.

• Developmental (0-2 years' experience)

• Experience with Agile project management and requirements management, and sprint planning for an IT development team.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering, analysis, traceability, validation, verification, documentation, and alignment of requirements to Agile sprints for the IT system.
• Experience facilitating requirements discussions and stakeholder interviews.
• Test planning, execution, and validation, including UAT prior to deployment. Optional Requirements:
• Experience with system authorization and accreditation through the Sponsor's Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes, procedures, security requirements, and systems.
