Position: System Administrator - Sr with Security Clearance
Job Description What You Will Be Doing:
* Configuring and maintaining Linux-based servers and supporting the development, testing, and production hosting of custom enterprise business applications on behalf of a Government customer.

* Contributing to application and database migration activities.

* Developing scripts for automation of build-out, maintenance, and configuration of virtualized systems.

* Deployment of updates, IAVA patches, and Anti-Virus updates.

* Maintaining web application hosting systems to include web servers, database servers, and associated development systems (e.g. Team Foundation Server).

* Maintaining system reliability and uptime of production applications by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.

* Contributing to system configuration management in accordance with contract inventory and customer requirements.

* Creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation including process diagrams, standard operating procedures, and system documentation.

* Coordination with customer ISSE to ensure security accreditation of all project IT systems. This includes writing documentation and plans to successfully navigate ICD 503 and customer's unique security requirements.

* Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and communications problems.
