Position: ServiceNow Adminstrator with Security Clearance
** ACTIVE TS/SCI w/CI POLY SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED
** We are seeking a Service Now Administrator with hands-on experience managing and optimizing the Service Now platform for ITOM discovery. In this role, you will support the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Service Now - with a particular focus on discovery and CMDB integrity. You'll collaborate with IT teams across system administration, networking, and database management to ensure seamless integration and accurate data flow within the platform.

What You'll Do
* Administer and maintain the Service Now ITOM discovery, including user management, configurations, and updates.
* Support Service Now Discovery and CMDB processes by troubleshooting discovery issues, permissions, and integrations.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve system administration and platform connectivity issues (Windows/Linux).
* Monitor and validate data quality within Service Now by applying knowledge of databases, data structures, and references.
* Analyze and interpret data in XML, JSON, and Power Shell for Service Now integrations and data processing.
* Document processes, workflows, and requirements to ensure accuracy and knowledge sharing.
* Ensure compliance with organizational and security standards. Required Skills & Experience
* Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly required for consideration
* Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent hands-on Service Now administration experience.
* Solid understanding of Service Now navigation, data structures, and CMDB architecture.
* System administration experience with Linux and Windows, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
* Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including ports, protocols, and services (DNS, Power Shell, SSH, etc.).
* Strong grasp of database fundamentals, including data storage, access, and table relationships.
* Ability to read and work with XML, JSON, and Power Shell scripts.
* Security+ certification required as well as Industry approved certification. Nice to Have
* ITOM/Discovery-specific Service Now training or certifications.
* Experience with other discovery tools (e.g., Device
42, BMC Helix Discovery, Nlyte).
* Familiarity with a wide range of IT devices/services, such as storage (Net App, Cohesity), networking (Cisco, Juniper), printers, phones, and other IP-enabled systems. Additional Information
