Overview
The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile project management, requirements management, and testing. The role will involve managing a software development team, conducting stakeholder meetings, and ensuring documentation and validation of IT system requirements.
What will you do?- Manage technical IT development team using Agile methodologies.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirements discussions.
- Develop and maintain test plans and procedures.
- Validate system performance and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and controls.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years' experience in systems engineering or related field
- Experience with Agile project management and requirements management, and sprint planning for an IT development team.
- Experience conducting requirements gathering, analysis, traceability, validation, verification, documentation, and alignment of requirements to Agile sprints for the IT system.
- Experience facilitating requirements discussions and stakeholder interviews.
- Test planning, execution, and validation, including UAT prior to deployment.
