Red River Technologies is seeking a Director of Pre‑Sales to lead and scale the pre‑sales function for our Managed Services business
. This role is responsible for aligning technical solution design with sales strategy, ensuring consistency, quality, and profitability across all managed services pursuits.

The Director of Pre‑Sales will serve as the senior technical and solutioning leader supporting sales, driving best practices in discovery, solution architecture, pricing, and proposal development, while mentoring and developing a high‑performing team of pre‑sales engineers and architects.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy
  • Build, lead, and develop the Managed Services pre‑sales team, including solution architects and technical sellers.
  • Define and execute the pre‑sales strategy aligned with Red River’s managed services growth objectives.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Managed Services Operations, Product Management, and Finance to ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, and profitable.
  • Establish pre‑sales standards, processes, and best practices across discovery, solution design, and proposal responses.
Sales & Solutioning Support
  • Act as the executive technical sponsor for complex and strategic managed services opportunities.
  • Oversee the design of managed services solutions including infrastructure, cloud, security, networking, and ongoing support offerings.
